VR Simulator for PC VR
A VR experience that simulates pets. One of the inspirations for this idea was Tamagotchi. After my exploration of simulations, from both, an entertainment side of player's prospective, and the business side, evaluating the potentials of such game, I decided to start working on the prototype to validate that this experience would be desirable for people.
Below: VR UI and menu example, information panel, feedback notification. Interaction test. Made with Blender and Unity3D (PC VR (Oculus, Touch). More details (storyboard, menu/ UI 2D and 3D drafts) in the Menu/ UI and Interactions Case Study
VR menu prototype example (Greyboxing). Interaction test in Oculus using Touch controllers. Made with Unity3D. More details (storyboard, menu/ UI 2D and 3D drafts) in the Menu/ UI and Interactions Case Study
Below: Working on 3D art, characters and scene elements. Here are some examples of dog characters; low poly 3D modeling for collisions in Unity3D; lean construction, rigging and animation. Made in Blender. More details (sketches, more dogs, rigging, and animation processes) in the Working on 3D Art Case Study
Below: Creating an armature and movements with Inverse Kinematics Bone Constraints. Rigging, skinning, animating. Creating a walk cycle, choosing timing, and checking the mesh, blocking animation. Testing some poses and specific movements. Made in Blender. More details (sketches, more dogs, rigging, and animation processes) in the Working on 3D Art Case Study
